  • How it works

    Your home concierge/realtor and design team will assist you with the execution of a tailored plan for updating and staging your home for prospective buyers. The upfront costs associated with home-selling improvements can be covered and you’ll pay back the funds borrowed out of your proceeds from the sale.

    • Our team can manage, help you hire contracts and oversee the whole project from start to finish.
    • The associated costs for home improvement work performed can be funded subject to your agreement with Finish Line Concierge, LLC.  
    • At the closing of the property, any funded cost will be paid out of your proceeds to Finish Line Concierge, LLC.  

  • Key eligibility

    CRITERIA & RESTRICTIONS:

    • The program is available to all sellers with an exclusive Listing Agreement with an agent at Branin Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Affiliates.
    • Prospective sellers interested in having the cost covered for the project must be approved and execute the Finish Line Concierge, LLC service agreement.
    • Properties that are short-sales or foreclosures are not eligible for the program.
  • Payment for services

    • Invoices should be sent to your agent at Branin Real Estate Team to be submitted for payment.
    • When your property closes during the term of the Listing Agreement, the Concierge team will issue an invoice reflecting the total cost of services rendered.
    • Payment for the program will be collected at the settlement of the home.
    • In the event that your property does not sell or the Listing Agreement is terminated for any or no reason (including the property going off market), the Concierge will collect any actual costs incurred by the home improvement work performed (within 15 days).
    • Properties that are short-sales or foreclosures are not eligible for the program.
    • Finish Line Concierge, LLC or Third Party Company will fund any money borrowed by the homeowner.
